Missions

The Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne endeavours to make appreciate the qualities of Champagne wines in all their diversity, to highlight their specificities, their ways of tasting and all that contributes to their prestigious image. The Ordre supports the cause of the Designation of Origin and our viticulture.The guild’s head office is based in Reims. It has around 4,000 members worldwide, Knights or Lady-Knights, who can reach the rank of Officer or Chamberlain. The Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne organizes some fifteen Chapitres annually, in France and abroad. All these prestigious events are followed by a tasting of prestige cuvées and a gala dinner. Through its activities, the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne contributes to the promotion of Champagne wines.
